Cuauhtémoc: Cultural point

Cuauhtémoc is the third largest city in the State of Chihuahua. In this city, three ethnic groups live together in harmony: Tarahumaras, Mennonites and Mestizos. That is why we are called the land of triculturalism and by official decree of the H. State Congress in June 2014, Cuauhtémoc was declared a “municipality of the three cultures.” It has a large number of Raramuris, some of whom are settled in the Tarahumara Colony. The majority of the population is mestizo and the largest Mennonite settlement in the world is located here.

Its icons are apples, Mennonite cheese and the three cultures.
